How do I sell and list my item?

Tap the "Sell" button (dollar sign) in the app menu to create a new listing.

Can I change/edit videos after listing?

You can update listing information, but not the video. Post a new listing to change a video. Or contact support if you require a video swap.

Can I post multiple videos in a single listing?

Only a single video per listing is allowed with additional pictures.

What can I sell on Shufflebuy?

You can sell anything on Shufflebuy as long as the product or service follows all local and Federal laws and regulations and meets our TOS.

How do I get my money/payouts?

Payouts are quick, typically within 24-48hrs

I sold my item. Now what?

If the buyer asked for shipping, time to pack and ship the item. If they choose local pickup, find a safe location to meet the buyer.

I have more than 1 of the same item to sell. Can I keep my listing up?

Yes, just increase the quantity!

What features do I get with the Pro Upgrade?

60 second videos, extra coins, points, glowing avatars/buy buttons!

How do I cancel my Pro Upgrade?

We're sorry to see you go! You can cancel Shufflebuy Pro at anytime from your App Store Subscriptions section.

How do I delete/edit my listing?

Go to your profile menu, then select 'Listings'. Tap the top right corner to edit your listing, or tap the trash icon to delete it.

What happens when I mark my listing as sold?

The item will no longer be listed as an active product and will not be shown to users. For selling your product you'll earn coins and get points for competing in the leaderboard.

How do I earn points in the scoreboard?

You earn points by listing a product and making a sale.

What do the points do?

(Feature coming soon) Points will soon unlock achievement badges, which will be displayed on your profile. Achievements could also earn you additional perks!

I just posted my listing and don't see it, what happened?

Have no fear! Your listing may take up to 24 hours to appear in the active listing. If you still don't see your listing after 24 hours, please contact us and we will take a look at the issue.

Are other listings being prioritized over mine?

Boosted listings do receive an increase in impressions, but rest assured, the Shufflebuy algorithm makes sure that all listings are shuffled into view.

Can I limit my sale to local pickup only?

Yes, check off local pickup when creating your listing!

How do I buy an item?

Begin the buying process by clicking the "Buy" button to check out, or the "Send" icon to contact the seller.

Is there any Buyer Protection?

We try to provide fair protections for buyers, send us a video of the item you received and we will attempt to resolve or refund your purchase

My item was broken/fake or I never received my item. What do I do?

Contact the seller first, otherwise submit a refund video to Shufflebuy via the menu option. A person will review your video and we will try to resolve the issue.

I got scammed! Now what?

Take screenshots, and contact the Shufflebuy support team to notify us of this fraudulent activity. Also, you can contact your local law enforcement and report the incident.

Can I return an item?

Contact the seller for their return policy. You can also contact Shufflebuy support if the product was paid for via the Shufflebuy payment processor/checkout system.

I found an item but it shuffled away! Can I find it again?

Just search for it!

How do I know if the seller is legit?

Verified sellers are the most trustworthy, as we know exactly who they are.

How do I get more information about an item?

Click on the details icon to view more information about the product. If you need further assistance, please contact the seller for details.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact the seller as soon as possible. Then contact Shufflebuy support

The buyer/seller wants to contact me outside the Shufflebuy app, is that okay?

We strongly recommend keeping all transactions within the Shufflebuy app. Only contact the seller/buyer outside the app if you feel comfortable doing so. We cannot be responsible and cannot assist with any interactions that occurred outside of the Shufflebuy app.

How do I stop app notifications?

Open your phone settings and then disable app notifications by tapping on the toggle button.

How do I enter the July 4th Xbox Giveaway?

You can enter our special July 4th Xbox Series S Giveaway by visiting the Giveaway Page! Entries are free. By entering, you also register for a free Shufflebuy account. The giveaway ends on July 4th, and the winner will be displayed on the giveaway page on July 4th, 2025, at 10 am EST.

How do you protect my privacy when announcing giveaway winners?

We take your privacy seriously! When announcing giveaway winners, we mask your email address to protect your personal information. For example, if your email is john.doe@gmail.com, it would be displayed as joh*.doe@*****. This way, we can announce the winner while keeping your email private and secure.

What fees does Shufflebuy charge? What percentage do you take?

Sellers keep 100% of their listing price - we don't take any cut from your sale! Instead, buyers pay a small transaction fee (typically 5-10%, with lower percentages on higher-priced items) to cover payment processing. This way, you get exactly what you asked for your item.

Where can I find my referral link? Is there a referral program?

Referral links and our referral program aren't available yet, but we're excited to announce they'll be coming soon! Once launched, you'll be able to invite friends and earn rewards. Stay tuned for updates!

How do I create and print shipping labels?

Shufflebuy offers shipping label creation through our website. After a sale, you can create a shipping label via the email link provided or by logging into your account. If you're having trouble printing the label, you can also take it to a shipping company for assistance.

What should I do if I can't print my shipping label?

If you're unable to print your shipping label, don't worry! You have a few options: 1) Contact support for assistance, 2) Visit a local shipping store (UPS, FedEx, etc.) who can help print it for you, or 3) Use your own shipping method and provide tracking information to the buyer.

Can I use my own shipping method instead of Shufflebuy labels?

Yes! While Shufflebuy offers convenient shipping label creation, you're welcome to use your own preferred shipping company or method. Just make sure to provide tracking information to your buyer and include shipping costs in your listing price if needed.

Who pays for shipping costs?

Shipping costs are set by you when creating a listing. We recommend using some form of flat rate shipping for the best experience.

I made a mistake with my shipping label. What should I do?

If you made an error when creating your shipping label or need to make changes, contact our support team immediately at support@shufflebuy.com. We can help resolve shipping label issues and ensure your item gets delivered properly.
