Creating listings on Shufflebuy is completely free. No purchase, payment, or subscription is necessary to enter or win. Listings are free to create — you only pay fees when you make a sale. A purchase or sale will not increase your chances of winning beyond the listings created.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a legal resident of the United States
- Must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry
- Must have a valid Shufflebuy account
- Employees of Shufflebuy, LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible
- Void where prohibited by law
- Listings must be legitimate products or services — spam or fake listings will be disqualified

Notification
- Winners notified by email within 7 days
- Winner must respond within 14 days

Entry Rules & Limitations
Valid Entries
- Listings must be created during the contest period (between start and end dates)
- Listings must be for legitimate products or services
- Each unique listing counts as one entry
- There is no maximum number of listings/entries per person
Invalid Entries (will be disqualified)
- Spam, duplicate, or fake listings
- Listings that violate Shufflebuy Terms of Service
- Listings created before or after the contest period
- Automated or programmatic listing creation
Tax Information
Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.
- IRS Form 1099 may be required for prizes valued at $600 or more
- Winner should consult a tax professional regarding tax obligations
- Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash unless specified
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

- Listing data is used to track contest entries
- Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy
- Winner information may be displayed on our Hall of Fame (first name only)

Legal Jurisdiction
Governing Law: Shuffle Saturday contests are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
